Independent Provider Disclosure

What This Brand Does

Washer Leak Water Damage Team advertises washing machine leak water damage services and sends callers who dial (888) 619-9509 to an independent water damage company in the caller's area.

The brand is not a contractor. It does not pump water, dry buildings, remove materials, repair appliances or do plumbing. Independent companies do any work on a property, and they may pay the brand for the calls they receive.

Separate Companies, Separate Agreements

Each provider is its own business with its own prices, hours, methods and written terms. The brand does not employ, direct or supervise any provider, and a work agreement is made only between the property owner and the provider.

Licensing and insurance requirements differ by state. A property owner should ask a provider about both, and read the written terms, before work begins.

No Warranty

The information published here is general. It comes without a warranty of accuracy for any one building, and it does not promise an arrival time, a price or a result for any job.

Nothing published here is legal, insurance, engineering, plumbing or appliance repair advice. A qualified professional can advise on a specific property.

Coverage Decisions

Only the insurance company decides whether a policy covers a loss, based on the wording of that policy. Nothing published here promises coverage, payment or approval of a claim.
